Chris has established a concrete understanding of administrative law at the local, state, and federal levels of government. Chris gained administrative law experience working in the Town of Lynnfield, Massachusetts Port Authority and in the private sector. The experience at Massport largely involved interpreting the Code of Federal Regulations, specifically those pertaining to the Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration. As part of the compliance department at a preclinical contract research organization, which focuses on analytical and bioanalytical services to the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech industry, Chris utilized his legal training and regulatory knowledge in preparation of audits by the Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Environmental Protection Agency. At Durkin Law, P.C., in addition to representing real estate appraisers and CPAs in licensure defense matters, Chris is active in representing clients in shareholder disputes, wills, trusts, and related civil litigation.
